What to know before you go

  • Your ticket includes round-trip transportation from London to Blenheim Palace and Windsor in a 16-seater private coach, along with a visit to Blenheim Palace, a private tour guide and a personal headset.
  • Your ticket does not include entrance to Windsor Castle or food and drinks.
  • Family tickets are available.
  • The tour starts at 9am and will finish at about 7pm at London Victoria station. The total duration of the tour is ten hours.
  • Please arrive 15 minutes before the tour leaves. Latecomers will not be waited for.
  • For concessionary tickets, please bring proof of eligibility.
  • Present your smartphone ticket to the driver. Please wait inside the door on the left-hand side at the Original London Visitor Centre.
  • Kids under the age of 3 travel for free if sitting on a parent’s lap. Make sure you select a free ticket for them.
  • You will have your own VOX headset to hear the guide at all times.
  • Cancellations are possible up to 24 hours before your visit date.
  • Changes may be possible for this ticket.

Getting there

  • To get to the meeting point, The Original London Visitor Centre, by public transport, take the Tube or train to Charing Cross (Bakerloo and Northern lines).
  • If you are driving, Q-Park Trafalgar is a one-minute walk away.
  • Buses 6, 9, 12, 88, 159 and 453 all stop nearby.
