Ryan Reynolds plays former Special Forces operative turned mercenary Wade Wilson, who is forced to undergo horrific experiments after being diagnosed with cancer. These experiments leave him with accelerated healing powers, so he adopts the alter ego Deadpool in order to continue his mercenary work and track down the organisation that experimented on him. With his dark, twisted sense of humour, and his brand-new abilities, will Deadpool be able to ever go back to his original life? If you enjoy true black humour, then this is the perfect film for you.
