Government Guidelines
  • Hop on and off at 80 bus stops across Central London and see sights like London Bridge, Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, and more.
  • See a variety of sights over the course of either 24 or 48 hours via bus and river.

With over 80 stops available, enjoy Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament, the London Eye, London Bridge, the Tower of London and more, whether from the top of an open bus run by The Original Tour or on the River Thames on a City Cruises boat.

The ticket's hop-on, hop-off flexibility is its best feature. Whether you feel like having some lunch, want to see an attraction up close, or just want to do some exploring on foot, your ticket allows you to get off and start again at whichever stop you’d like, even if that means starting on a completely different route or swapping between land and river.

What to know before you go

  • Your ticket includes 24 or 48-hour hop-on, hop-off travel on The Original Tour buses and City Cruises boats across London.
  • The ticket will be valid for either 24 or 48 hours from the moment you activate it.
  • You will have full access to all tour buses from 10am until the end of service that day (and the next, if applicable).
  • Show your e-ticket to a member of The Original Tour staff (the tour buses, not boats), who will scan it and give you separate bus and boat tickets. Please keep both of these safe as you will need them for the duration of your touring.
  • For any subsequent journeys, all you will need to do is show a staff member your relevant ticket.
  • Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Seats on tour buses and boats are subject to availability.
  • There is wheelchair access available on all buses, and buggies are also allowed but will need to be stored.
  • The Original Tour's complimentary walking tours, which are typically included in this ticket, are currently not running.
  • Three tour routes are included, Yellow, Orange and Blue, with the choice of a live guide or recorded commentary on the Yellow route, and pre-recorded commentary available in 11 languages on all Blue and Orange routes. Two hotel connector services, Purple and Black, are also included.
  • The Yellow route goes every 5 - 20 min from 8.30am, the Blue route every 15 - 20 min from 8am, and the Orange route every 20 - 30 minutes from 8.35am.
